LINDA ROMEROSOCIAL MEDIA & EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER

Linda has been a long-time member of the overlanding community and first learned of the term overlanding when she and her husband traveled from San Diego to Patagonia in a VW Vanagon over a decade ago. She has been to 25 countries, traveled extensively through Central and South America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, and even traveled the west coast of France by bicycle. Now she divides her time between San Diego and Baja California and spends as much time outside as possible. In her free time, Linda loves hiking, backpacking, camping, going to the beach, and exploring new places. She’s always plotting her next adventure, now often with her 3 year old daughter in tow.

Before joining the Overland Expo team, Linda earned her marketing stripes freelancing for marketing agencies and working with clients in the outdoor, travel, and health and wellness industries. She has a background in environmental science and sustainability and is an environmental advocate at heart.
