Lucky for you, our team walked the recent Overland Expo SoCal show and catalogued all the coolest and best gear that caught our eyes. Rockjock 4×4 High Steering Knuckles
The recently-released RockJock High Steer Knuckles — for all JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator models — was showcased at Overland Expo SoCal. By installing these, you’ll raise your tie rod 2.75 inches and your drag link by 2.5 inches. The RockJock High Steering Knuckles can be used on factory axles, or axles that retain factory inner C-knuckles. Designed to be used with the brand’s other high-steering components, adding these will give you a complete package. These knuckles are manufactured to OEM standards and are designed with 65-45-12 ductile iron castings, gloss black finish, and precise machining.
Bilstein B8 TerraSport
Bilstein debuted its B8 TerraSport direct fit shocks, which are designed to increase ground clearance and improve offroad capability for crossover utility vehicles (CUVs). The B8 TerraSport will give users 1-2 inches of lift, depending on the application, enhancing their ability to navigate rough terrain, while also improving day-to-day rides.
Leitner Designs Platform Roof Racks
Designed to be as unobtrusive and low-profile as possible, what sets Leitner Designs’ platform roof racks apart from competitors is its ability to be installed without conflicting with air conditioning units, vent fans, sun roofs and other common impediments to roof rack systems. Designed with a load bar that is infinitely adjustable, users can slide rack bars out of the way.
Gozney Tread Pizza Oven
Gozney is known for its high-end pizza ovens, ranging in size from virtually immovable backyard fixtures like the Dome, to the brand’s newest launch: the Tread. Billed as the “world’s most portable pizza oven”, the propane-fueled Tread is capable of making 12-inch pizzas. The Tread heats up in just 15 minutes and cools down in 20, so you won’t be stuck waiting to be able to put your oven away after having a couple slices on the road.
Roambuilt Rear Door Storage
The Roambuilt Aluminum Storage Box is an exterior cabinet that can be mounted to the outside of your van or rig, allowing you to store dirty, smelly or just extra gear on your rig without it getting in the way. Each cabinet comes with the brand’s exterior mounting panels, friction hinges to hold your door open at any position, and an adjustable shelf. Built from lightweight yet strong .125″ aluminum, these USA-made storage cabinets are ideal for outdoor storage.

Rockworkx Tow Hitch Tool
Buying this Rockworkx hitch-mounted multi-tool means you’ll never be without a tool again — according to the brand’s website. According to us, this thing is just plain cool. This heavy-duty tool is built for overlanding, camping, and the outdoors, and includes the following tools: A hardened aluminum sand and snow shovel, full-size tow hitch step, hammer with peg/nail puller 12, Imperial & 13 Metric Wrench heads, pry bar with nail puller, adjustable hoe, trench digger Wood axe (with long and short handle), a three-part telescoping tube, and markings for a ruler. It even converts to a camp stool, if you can believe it.
Toyo Tires Open Country R/T Pro
Toyo Tires showed off its brand-new Open Country R/T Pro, which was developed after the brand split the R/T into two different categories: the R/T Trail and the R/T Pro. The R/T Pro is designed to be a hybrid M/T style, and will be quieter on streets and better in rain, snow and ice. Featuring professional-grade durability with a 3-ply sidewall and massive shoulder lugs, this tire is designed to offer protection against cuts, chips, and impacts.
The Open Country R/T Pro will be available in select sizes starting April 2025, and will come in fifty sizes and load combinations for 17- up to 24-inch wheel diameters, and up to 42-inch overall diameter.
